AP VALVES (which was TAVI SUMMIT) was started in 2011 as the first international conference on Transcatherter Aortic Valve Implantation in Asia Pacific region with live case transmissions featuring world’s leading experts with 450 attendees from 18 countries. In order to find more suitable therapy for Asian patients who are different from the Western population in body type and the cause of disease, this meeting has tried to set up the guideline and to find the best solution for these challenging issues.
In an effort to deliver the latest treatment and comprehensive knowledge in valvular heart disease including structural heart disease led by left atrial appendage (LAA) and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closures, we would like to gladly announce that AP VALVES changes its name as AP VALVES & Structural Heart (LAA and PFO).
We expect that AP VALVES& Structural Heart (LAA and PFO) will provide advanced therapeutic options and learning opportunities in the management of valvular and structural heart disease (including LAA and PFO closure therapies) with live case demonstrations from world renowned cardiovascular centers and upgraded scientific workshops.
